Spearheaded Interfaith Neighbor's Kula Farm project, an urban growing operation (year round), job and educational training facility. Completed initial site build-out from empty lot to a functioning facility. Responsible for initial daily operations of the farm as well as sales, program development, community outreach, education, research and grant writing, etc. Led a team in completing multiple successful grant applications ($300k+). Wrote funding reports and monthly newsletter to prospective and current donors.

Handled user-end Trust & Safety issues including credit card fraud, harassment, non-deliveries, etc. Managed high inquiry volume. Worked on cross-departmental teams to design, implement, test, and improve product features related to disputes, copyright infringement notices. Conducted personal research in Guatemala to reduce barriers between artisans and final customers. A company-wide pitch and subsequently successful vote during Hack Week led to "Project Access." This project involved a cross-departmental feasibility study to determine how Etsy could better function for artisans in developing countries, as well as extensive international stakeholder engagements. While Etsy concluded not to go further with Project Access, I decided to continue working with a select group of makers in Guatemala; forming Globewright, LLC to do so.
