Business System Analyst
CurrentOversee the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products in US and APAC region.Ensure efficient business, financial, and operations systems for core organizational functions and business processes. Worked closely with both Operations and Finance Controller.Gather and analyze data on business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.Generate and compile reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.Meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business, financial, operations requirements, systems goals, identify and resolve systems issues.Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified new systems and post-implementation support.Provide detailed updates on assigned initiatives, work within project timelines and keep management up to date on status.
