It was calculated on product size, seasonality and sales volumes for restock inventory being shipped in their inhouse stores as well as other smaller 'mom & pop' apparel retail stores.- Researched and developed a solution to implement GPS trackers within the delivery vehicles to gather tracking data to develop optimized delivery routes based on delivery locations. - Developed a product consolidation strategy in collaboration with a major clothing brand's supply chain team strategy for their inventory being manufactured in China. The goal was to optimize the supply chain and maximize container utilization and increase shipping line bargaining power.- Analyzed and developed new processes and KPI's of the South African supply chain department of a global liquor company. This was done utilizing the SCOR metrics and processes. - Assisted in the development of a major retailers new online retail delivery SOPs and KPI's. Developing APIs, user interfaces and reports.
