Working at Chick-fil-A for one a year now has been an incredible experience! Through serving our community in Sunset Hills, MO, I learned the immense value of teamwork. Communication is key! When to lend a hand to a team member in need, and when to ask for help when I needed it was a critical component of this work environment. I found that the right mindset to seeking not my success, but the success of the my whole team. If my team wins, we all win. If someone loses, we all suffer the consequences. Their success is my success. Half of the importance of a job is what you do. half the importance is HOW you do it. I experienced that even if you are making simple chicken sandwiches, you can make a difference. How we care for our co-workers, clients, and even managers and bosses is a precious opportunity to impact the community around us. I cherish these values I have gained through my work experience, and hold high expectations for future applications in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
