Exec-level HR and Labor Relations (Chief Negotiator) experience in Municipal, County, State gov't, and at two large medical centers. Owner/Partner in large custom plastics company (2500 employees & 200M in sales), eventually sold to Textron, Inc. Completed many consulting assignments throughout my career, including expert witness work in Federal trials. Considerable teaching experience, from substituting grades K-12, teaching math at the Jr. High level, developing and giving continuing education seminars for professional associations, instructing at community colleges, on up to teaching at the grad level at the University of Missouri/Columbia, School of Business and at Oklahoma State University.
