• Design and develop tooling and automation to support the manufacturing and packaging of float glass • Use Autodesk Inventor in producing working drawings and models• Work directly with Engineers on various projects in the plant• Utilize FEA software to confirm and validate designs• Accomplishes engineering projects by planning, assembling, and managing resources• Responsible for equipment specifications and layouts, material handling systems, and engineering projects
