With my experience in community outreach I am also responsible for setting the players up with community service projects. My job as a junior hockey coach is to develop kids not only on the ice but also off the ice into young men who will eventually be moving into the work place, after advancing from junior hockey to college hockey either at the Division 1 or Division 3 level.I left the Brown Bear organization to pursue a role as head coach of the Iowa Wild 18U AAA Hockey Club.
