Responsible for training new hire Site Safety & Health Advisors, the management of a health, safety & environmental programs for dredging / construction activities. Develop and implement health and safety related policies, procedures, training and awareness programs. Investigate accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective measures. Conduct field / facility safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, USCG, and other regulations such as the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety & Health Manual, when applicable. Audits Safety and Security programs for compliance with regulatory and company policy. Conducts Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED training to company and contracted personnel. Develops site specific emergency response plans to include medical emergencies, hurricane evacuation plan and construction site security procedures. Maintains project safety records to include injury and illness reports, LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Respirator, Hot Work Permits, Fall Protection, etc.

Responsible for the safety and security of Jacksonville Jewish Centers private day school, and its 1000 students; Responsible for the site safety and security of Alltel stadium, as well as Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and its occupants.
