*Developed a database tool of all Division 1, 2, and 3 colleges/universities that assists Parents and Athletes with the collegiate recruiting process for Swimming and other sports. We utilize this tool to build a custom report for families and athletes to help assist them with their college athletic search.*Since launching in late February, Spotlight Sports LLC has assisted a handful of families in the South Charlotte area*Have given presentations at local high schools on the first steps of the collegiate recruiting process for parents and coaches*Have given presentations on the Do's and Dont's on collegiate recruiting trips to parents and coaches

*Conducted CSI reviews on all 2021 and 2020 committee minutes and supporting documentation to be able to share the appropriate information with McKinsey’s consulting team*Created a model to see all overlap of individuals across all committees to help make committee meetings more efficient by not having information shared multiple times if individuals have already seen the given information in previous committee meetings.*Brainstormed new Risk Formatting Style Guide with team to ensure that all Ally committee materials going forward will maintain the same formatting. This Style Guide will be implimented throughout all of 2022

*Developed the Risk Appetite monthly calendar of events and deadlines for the monthly reporting process*Collaborated with the Risk Appetite team each month to create the monthly report that showcases all limits in breach *Maintained the Enterprise Limit Inventory, which stores over 300 risk limits and over 400 KRI’s, with each limit/KRI having multiple attribute fields to keep updated and accurate*Updated the Radar Load Interface (RLI) tool and properly documented any potential KRI or Limit restatements that are communicated from our business partners *Evaluated and analyzed potential limit creations that are communicated from business partners to ensure compliance with the Risk Appetite Standard*Researched and discovered complications within Ally's current reputational risk limits. As a result, I helped conduct research on potential new reputational risk limits which has lead to a reputational risk redesign planned to occur over the next 2 years.
