I also carried out numerous measured, condition and building surveys. I acted as a Contract Administrator for a sixth form college requiring temporary classroom accommodation valued at over £1 million. I submitted planning and building regulations applications, arranged site meetings with contractors and clients, and successfully delivered the project. I managed a wide range of internal and external redecoration and repairs projects for a residential managing agent. These ranged in value from £15,000 to £200,000.
