Recently moved back to Canada after spending 25 years living and working in Mexico. Previously worked in Montreal as a Financial Analyst and Accountant. Spent first 10 years in Mexico operating a Property Management company that provided Administrative, Sales and Rental services to a Beachfront Condominium complex. During this time also ventured into partnership of a Restaurant in which was responsible for all the administrative tasks. Also partnered into an Internet company in which l was the Managing Partner.The last 15 years in Mexico l worked at Grupo Vidanta initially as a Sales Representative for the first 5 years and was then promoted to the Member Services Department which handled after sales contact with the Members in which l was promoted to Manager of the Solutions Department which handled Customer Complaints and Cancellation Requests. Have extensive experience dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone. Reason for leaving this employment and returning to Canada was related to family responsibilities to provide care for the elderly.
