Developed a collective intelligence app that utilized automated distributed tasks to generate high quality actionable plans for a given issue applicable to a non-profit organization. The services distributed tasks either to a random group using Amazon’s Mechanical Turk API or curated experts using an internally developed system. Key Contributions: + Lead the development on internal tools such as an admin panel and a content site framework for external clients to access and interact with generated data+ Lead a feature development on task processor highly configurable, drastically reducing costs when using Mechanical Turk users by about a third and reducing amount of work required for internal users.+ Lead the team into a major code rewrite to reduce unnecessary complexity in code base and give a unified and streamlined experience across our two major data sources (Mturk and Internal app)

Offer support to students stuck in our test driven curriculum via pair programming.
