I have over 24 years of experience within the Coca Cola system. My work ethic is my strongest characteristic and has propelled my career to many experiences, responsibilities and roles from low level to high level. I have directly managed over 100 different people in my career and developed some into key leaders and front line associates in the Coca Cola system. I indirectly managed over 300 associates at once as the Sales Capability Manager for New England and Upstate New York by influencing, inspiring and teaching the sales process used every day to get more out of our folks the right way. I have managed multiple Convenience Store Key Accounts and contracted food service on premise customers in the Western Mass, Southern Vermont and Southern New Hampshire area with unprecedented growth and partnership. This responsibility included contract negotiations, account development and price/package management. On the operations side of our business, I have been the Distribution Manager for over 2 years and am currently in this role. This role has further rounded me out to see the costs associated with our operations. As a people manager of front line sales associates, I implemented measurable and fun ways to grow our business by creating win/win/win strategies for the customer, our team and the company. I believe in strategy and people 1st and foremost as being THE key to success in any business. My "seek to understand" approach is how I build credibility and ultimately accountability with any team I have managed. The high performers and the low performers always need different ways to be coached. I pride myself on developing each one prescriptively for better or worse. I have never failed to solve opportunities that were not attainable when my leaders are willing to allow me to make decisions. My failures are learning opportunities that I never take lightly and always take in stride no matter how hard of a lesson they are. In addition to my career, I have had the opportunity to coach baseball for the last 7 years with experiences that I have enjoyed with my son and the youth of our community. I also served for 3 years as the chair of the Recreation Committee in the town I live after the committee was dormant for 3 years. I have diverse background in the Coke system and have managed or touched nearly every aspect of our business. Lastly, I have had the privilege of serving as the chair of our Culture Committee in Greenfield for the last 3 years. I am very fortunate and appreciative of all of every role and responsibility I have had in my career.

This was about teaching our front line how to sell in a competitive and diverse market with different variations of market share from Maine to New York. The primary focus was to streamline an educated approach to how we sold through probing for customer needs and aligning to those needs for mutual growth and profit. Key Initiatives- Teaching and tracking RED (Right Execution Daily) in our market. RED was our streamlined approach to basic execution that created consistent looks in the market that aligned to our companies look of success and goals. Our goal was to grow this execution by having our team survey outlets and increase scores and more importantly, understanding of these goals across the market. Retail and Execution Strategy- As I traveled to each Sales Center and toured the trade, I helped each Sales Center by providing real life examples of how to win in the market place. Myself, and local leaders would hone in on specific account that had opportunity to grow. We would collectively decide on a strategy based on the customers needs. This included all formats of Large Store's, Convenience Retail and Food Service On Premise. We came up with multiple scenarios and ways to win, created and provided a business review to the customer and executed for results. 10 Sales Centers used this approach with 1 or 2 accounts and the results were double digit growth in all scenarios. More importantly, this provided a "way to win" template that was then duplicated in other outlets. New Product Launch Initiatives- Innovation of our portfolio is key to winning in our market. In 2017 we launched multiple new brands including Dunkin Donuts RTD and and conversion from 8 pack mini cans to 6 pack mini can.
