Workshop leader for Comm1120 Innovation & Collaboration

Co-created the University of Sydney's first-ever Innovation Festival, which has now run for three years. The Festival was broadcast to a live audience of over 500 attendees through partnerships with SPARK Festival. Guest speakers include former PM Malcolm Turnbull, Adam Spencer, Elysse Morgan and Lee Harnett. • In charge of discovering, evaluating and purchasing Australian farmland with potential for development of 5MW solar panel projects. • Based on my analysis of Sixmaps, GoogleEarthPro and inputs of grid network capacities from Essential Energy, CRK Solar approached six sites (over 2,000 Hectares) to purchase for construction of solar farms and offered over $22,000,000 for solar farm acquisitions.

• Project Manager in charge of community engagement and key stakeholder relations at a private property development firm.• Key achievements include: the operation and development of community group, Locals for Metro Southwest (LMS), the creation and organisation of a physical and online petition with over 6,500 signatures, the organisation of community events with over 500 attendees and finally a capital raise of over $15,000 from local landowners to develop a town centre planning proposal. • This project developed my understanding of cultural, political and community factors that enable property development. Consequently, I gained an extensive understanding of stakeholder management.

• I deliver Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programs to universities, alongside a business professional and academic.• Established the intern program with UTS from ground zero, by initializing relations, joining industry panels at student workshops, marking resumes and interviewing dozens of UTS students, to finally hire and manage three student interns. • Led the team of interns to deliver a best-practice consulting tool for community engagement, drawing on my experience in CRK Properties.

• A premium superstore, dealing with small-business clients using unrestricted negotiation tactics. I substantially improved my understanding of business costs and the methods used within business strategy with consistent over-achievement of KPI targets. • Dealt with customer contracts, such as rental agreements, phone repayments, and financial services, which increased my legal understanding of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Part of an interdisciplinary student team assigned to an innovative Israeli start-up, EasySend. • Tasked to internationalise EasySend into the Polish and German markets with research into European Union regulations regarding E-signatures and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as analysing potential competitors and customers.• Eventually, through initiative, we interviewed customers (CFO’s of Israel’s prestigious banks and insurance firms) and creating an improved artificial website.
