I was employed by Top Guard Security as a Courtesy Officer at the Dominion Tower site in Norfolk Va. My mission was to provide the very best customer service available while safeguarding the people, property and information of Dominion Tower. Duties included but were not limited to; resolving issues in the most professional way possible and then notating actions taken within a report, Making security rounds and notating any anomalies or maintenance issues, interfacing with client and customers in the most professional way possible, controlling access to the site and equipment to be issued, and assisting other officers when necessary.

While employed with the Chesapeake Police Department, I was being trained to become a sworn law enforcement officer. Duties included intense crossfit training, and classroom training enviornment that inculded scenario, and traditional lecture based instruction.

I was officially a cashier at the student center cafe, however my duties are actually wider than just the register. They also included maintaining the entire front of house by means of stocking, cleaning, and even recording the inventory for the front of house. When i was not doing those duties, I interfaced with the customers in the front of house or helped the rest of the staff with other duties such as getting ready for and executing caterings.

Throughout the years as a cashier in various accounts, my duties primarily involve the maintaining the front of house of the servery. These usually involve, stocking, cleaning, running registers, interaction with customers, even preparing for and execution of caterings. When i am not doing those duties i am usually helping the other workers with other tasks.

While at the beach campus, i worked a split type shift. The first part of the shift i was the afternoon cashier at the student center cafe where i was responsible for the front of house which included, register, cleaning, stocking, customer interfacing as well as preparing and execution of caterings. The second part of the shift began after i closed down the cafe for the night i would then walk over to the campus cup located in the student center where i became a barista. While at the cup i was responsible for the making and preparation of beverages and food for the customers. As well as the maintaining of the station through cleaning, stocking, running register, and helping with the inventory.

At Cox Communications i maintained a company store where i had many responsibilities. These included preparing the food items that were to go inside the store (sandwiches, cookies, etc..), stocking inventory, ordering inventory, recording inventory, running the register, interacting with the customers directly, and even helping with preparing and execution of caterings on and off site.
