- Responsible for managing new customer projects as well as existing customer projects in terms of timing, part design, sourcing tooling quotes, modifying tooling, quoting part prices, and determining what processes each project will need to go under at our facility- Tasked with maintaining existing and creating new work instructions for the manufacturing floor detailing the processes required to manufacture parts for our customers- Ensure that all processes on the manufacturing floor are running optimally and work on ways to improve or correct negative process trends such as process/lead times and scrap part %- Work with design teams of existing and new customers to ensure that all new projects and existing projects are designed and engineered for manufacturability- Work with quality department to ensure that lean manufacturing practices are being used across all manufacturing processes in the plant

- Hold the direct supervision over an inventory of over $7 million in performance textiles- Lead project group of implementing different levels of robotics, automation, and AI infrastructure into machine and logistical processes in the plant.- Plan the production for 4 floors of yarn production totaling over 400k lbs of yarn per week and yarn prep department responsible for over 20 million yards of warped yarn and 1.5 million yards of slashed yarn per week.- Directly responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and completed products arrive and depart on time to internal plant departments and our customers- Actively cross-training in the role of Process Improvement Engineer

- Lead machine installation projects totaling in over $10 million in equipment installed for production and auxiliary purposes- In charge of the OSHA compliant Lockout Tagout (LOTO) program. This includes training new associates to the program, updating LOTO documents on existing equipment, creating LOTO documents for new equipment to the plant, and being lead consultant on ensuring OSHA compliance on all maintenance tasks in plant- In charge of OSHA compliant Confined space entry procedures in plant to ensure all maintenance performed on plant’s confined spaces is performed safely- Perform analysis on utility usage to ensure that utility cost is optimized for plant run schedule- Lead on plant water based chiller maintenance, usage, and observation to ensure optimal performance

- Completed a project as a team of 3 interns in suggesting a new manufacturing process on water based chiller discharge pipes in order to save 8 hours of total production time- Completed a solo project in reorganizing and grading the workforce of plant based on requirements set by the union of plant workers in order to set new plant employee pay scale for hourly associates
