Tax Director, State And Local Tax
Nick was promoted to Director in PwC's State and Local Tax practice after is third year as a manager. Nick's practice includes preparing memoranda and opinions on state and local tax issues, including income/franchise tax and sales and use tax. He drafts petitions and ruling requests, and argues tax cases before the Pennsylvania Board of Appeals and Board of Finance & Revenue. Additionally, Nick drafts and negotiates voluntary disclosure agreements with state tax authorities. Nick continues to assist the PwC Mergers & Acquisition Tax and the International Tax Services practices with complex restructuring, transactions, and due diligence. As a director, Nick serves on many important PwC committees and has been selected to attend My Genesis Park, PwC's leadership development program.
