I've spent around a decade in restaurants, honing people skills, workflow, methods of efficiency, people management, scheduling, and P&L chart comprehension. Mise en place (everything in it's right place) became an obvious necessity to growth or efficiency of any kind. Organization in the workplace is a high priority for me.Working in pharmaceutical manufacturing doubled down my attention to detail through learning cGMP and myriad processes resulting in prostate cancer medicine as a viable treatment. This gave me even more of a "measure twice, cut once" mentality to ensure patients received the care they deserve. Being able to give back to the community was likely my favorite aspect. My experience in sales opened my mind to the depth and complexity of every single client's wants and needs, given variables and hurdles unique to each individual or company. Educating customers on services rendered and products offered, how they can benefit through utilization of services/products, and why it will be helpful to them in the future.I'm competitive, and I thrive in structured environments. I'm always looking to find the best in myself and others. I will always admit when I'm wrong, because I want whatever I'm doing to be done correctly. I have high standards for myself. Life is a game of patience and attitude!
