In this dynamic position, I serve as the focal point for product data accuracy, catalog comprehensiveness, and information management across various product lines. My focus is on managing the product lifecycle, ensuring customers have access to detailed, accurate, and relevant information for informed purchasing decisions.Working with virtually every stakeholder in the organization I am always looking for more innovations or points of improvement both in our consumer facing aspects as well as internally.

Reporting to our Head of Growth, and Sales/Operations manager as the Auto Parts Department manager, I work to create a sustainable, profitable department to continue and increase the company’s award-winning growth. In this Position I oversee all functions regarding the expansion of the website’s Auto Parts Catalog, including conducting day-to-day sales and order processing, analysis and optimization of the consumer shopping journey, marketing campaign and promotions creation, as well as any other task necessary to the parts department and sales team.

As the main point of contact for our sales and customer experience team, I play a key role in driving online sales as well as building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and B2B sales opportunities within the automotive industry. I provide expert knowledge and recommendations for all products provided by the business, ensuring that potential clients are confident they are purchasing exactly what they need. I maintain that all enquiries are responded to in an efficient and timely manner using our CRM and associated tools in order to provide top tier customer service.My secondary duties include conducting customer review requests through customer outreach software, Training of new hires to entry level positions, troubleshooting and optimizing website features in collaboration with the web development team, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and outreach.

Assisted in the stocking and preparation of the store before opening in 2014. After opening worked as a sales person year round until leaving for school when I switched to working seasonally in between semesters. Tasks during shifts would be opening/Closing cashes, ensuring that all products were stocked and organized properly and ensuring that every customer was helped in a timely manner.

Under the guidance of the Professor, a team of other students and I worked with outside companies to assess their marketing tactics and business to create a new marketing communications plan. This included acquiring data on the industry and reviewing industry tactics to create a new plan. The companies I have worked with over the past years at school have ranged from local SME’s to larger companies that conduct business internationally. Having done multiple plans and research projects with real companies has given me valuable experience. Some of these plans earned top 3 honours for the class.

Aided the Assistant General Manager in the attraction of Local businesses for advertising and partnerships. Created contact information lists for local businesses as potential clients to the team as well as assisting in most functions of the baseball operations. Worked as part of a Sales team to increase ticket sales via groups ticket sales and events at the stadium. Helped with the organization, preparation and execution of the 2017 Independent league All-Star game being hosted in Ottawa.

Maintaining the condition of baseball and soccer fields for the Nepean Sportsplex. Learned many grounds keeping techniques and methods of maintaining high quality fields for both soccer and baseball. Also supervised the use of the fields, giving groups renting the field the equipment they require and providing first aid services if required.

Worked as a general labourer Seasonally of summer 2014 and summer 2015moving furniture and other items for residential homes as well as deconstruction of offices and cubicles in commercial buildings. Spoke with clients on a regular basis making sure everything was done properly and they were happy with the service.

Primarily worked cash and drive-thru, taking orders and handling payments. Helping out with food preparation and making sure all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
