Assisting Sullair customers in installation, commissioning, diagnosis, inspection, documentation, testing and repairing Sullair portable air compressors. Properly document customer and record compressor data into the computer system after every queue phone call and/or email. Covering Sullair portable air compressors over the phone queues in Michigan City, IN (headquarters/main office) and maintaining a GOS of 90% or better.Assisting distributors and end users to troubleshoot, review and repair Sullair portable units over the phone, via email and on customer job sites. Construct spread sheets, slide presentations, service reports, customer documents, training material, service bulletins, etc. using a computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point, Lync, outlook, CRM).Work as a team with co-workers, management and engineering to accomplish different tasks.Providing onsite training to distributors and end users.
