Case processing and appeals specialist, serving as a lead worker over employees performing case administration and docketing activities. Provide Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) application training for attorneys. Perform general or specialized courtroom functions such as Electronic Court Recording Operator (ECRO) duties, calendaring, managing the judge’s caseload, processing orders, recording/logging court proceedings and/or similar courtroom services work.CM/ECF Administrator: Evaluate new CM/ECF releases and patches to assess impact on existing operational processes and procedures. Monitor and update the CM/ECF event dictionary and analyze the impact of changes on the court’s procedures.NextGen Central Sign-On Administrator: Review judicial/non-judicial admissions into the Western District of Wisconsin Bankruptcy Court. Ensure attorney filers remain in compliance with the policies and procedures for attorney admissions.Internal Controls Evaluation/Audit (ICE): Conduct an annual internal audit to ensure the Western District of Wisconsin Bankruptcy Court remains in compliance with federal statutes and judicial, ethical, and regulatory standards.Electronic Public Access Program (EPAP): Complete a quarterly report reviewing registered Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) accounts designated under judicial conference policy as exempt from fees within the court.Disposal Officer: Responsible for the proper disposal of personal property items. Ensures all excess and surplus accountable property is reported for until a proper channel of disposal has been determined. Documents disposal steps and maintains compliance with judicial policy requirements.
