We mainly work with global insurers and large corporates to provide solutions for outsourced assistance, claims and health and wellness solutions via our in-house developed IT platforms and BPO centres based in India & the Philippines. With several smaller service centres to help clients on the ground in the UK, Singapore and Australia.About me: Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, I have spent 10 years living and working overseas, predominantly in London, Prague and India. My business travel still sees me spending time each year in our Philippines, Singapore, India and UK offices. I am a ‘team-builder’ focused on Technology. I strive to create an environment that allows our team to demonstrate our genuine care for those that have put their trust in us. I love getting to meet our clients and business partners and working on solutions together for long-term sustainability and mutual benefit.
