As the Cultivate University Leadership Training Manager I am responsible for training our Field Leaders, Team Directors and Executive Director’s. Responsibilities: The Leadership Training Manager leads the classroom facilitation and training at Cultivate University and our Restaurant Training Lab. The BBY Training Manager is responsible for a team of Market Trainers and the implementation of all field based training activities in support of all launches, deployment and the ongoing development of BBY employees. This includes facilitating New Employee Training; creation and delivery BBY Leadership Development workshops and serve as a mentor to store employees in their efforts to be successful trainers/facilitators within each location. The Training Manager will also work very closely with Divisional and Area staff to identify training and development needs specific to that market. She/he will also work with other training managers and corporate support team members in the development of these solutions. BBY Training managers will work very closely with the BBY Training director and corporate support team in the creation and development of the broader BBY training curricula (sales, operations, leadership development, etc.) for all BBY Field Employees. The Training Manager will be responsible for the learning and developmental needs of a territory/market of 5,000+ employees.To accomplish this, the Training Manager must clearly communicate the various learning strategies and plans to leadership teams as well as work on creating new learning strategies and plans, successfully partner with leadership on implementation, coach retail leaders on execution of their SOP and accomplishment of their training results, and partner with the design team on existing or future learning opportunities and needs.
