• Operational management of the retirement living business, including responsibility for the welfare and security of residents and staff in a multi-site operation.• Manage buildings and land maintenance, insurance claims, human resources, sales, EH&S and manage all customer and supplier services.• Development and review of the strategic business, risk, compliance, governance and policy plans.• Financial management of the business, including accountability for P&L, annual budget and capital expenditure review and preparation, monthly accounting and financial reporting.
