Hello! My name is Nicholas Tibollo, and I am a 4th-year student at the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario, Canada, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Honours Business Administration with a certificate in sustainability. From January to April 2025, I’ll be completing my final undergraduate semester at Bond University in the Gold Coast, Australia.I thrive on taking ownership of projects that allow me to apply my problem-solving skills and express my creativity. At Ethereal Actions, a non-profit hosting candle fundraisers for charitable causes, I oversee product design, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics. In addition, with my brand, Intelligensia, I design and hand-paint bespoke clothing for fashion shows and clients. I utilize various Adobe Creative Cloud applications to harness my creativity, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign. My ventures have enhanced my communication and sales skills, sharpened my work ethic, and made me resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges. Through internships I’ve held over the past four years in the food, biotechnology, and fashion/retail industries, I’ve led diverse projects, including spearheading a client project for a novel food product, conducting in-depth market research, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights, and presenting recommendations in-person to leadership teams at companies such as Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco. These roles have taught me the importance of remaining curious, being adaptable, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring fashion trends, researching sustainability advancements in the fashion and food/agriculture industries, snowboarding, playing soccer, and organizing fundraising/volunteering events.Feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat!
