Answer phone calls and help troubleshoot issues with myON and their products. Log calls in Salesforce and track progress of tickets.

Loading and unloading planes. Getting all the containers together, lined up and sent to the planes quickly and in the correct order to ensure an on time departure. Also responsible for pushing the plane out onto the taxiway for departure.

As a Special Operations Agent I would primarily set up and image laptops (Windows 7, 8 and 10) and iPads for patients and families to use while in the hospital. On top of that I would diagnose and repair computer hardware issues such as failing hard drives, LCD screen replacement and motherboards going bad. I would also install and optimize operating systems on computers (Windows 7, 8 and Windows 10), identify and eradicate viruses and malware on systems that patients and families brought with them into the hospital as well as troubleshoot on-demand and hardware issues with TVs in patient rooms and over the phone.While there I developed and summarized metrics on a monthly and yearly basis which helped to grow our project to a fourfold increase in traffic over 2 years.

As a Consultation Agent I was the face of the Geek Squad when a client came into the Precinct. I would meet with them and work to figure out what was wrong with their item and figure out the solution for them, whether that was helping reset their password, performing a quick fix on the device, checking the item in to be fixed in the Geek Squad, or if a new item was the best route.While items were checked in I would install and optimize operating systems (Windows 7, 8 and Windows 10),as well as identify and eradicate viruses and malware on computers brought into us.While here I was the top performer on monthly basis per client feedback, resulting in coaching and training fellow agents on how to provide better client experience.
