Position mainly focused on customer service, sales, and leadership. Lead crew members throughout the day by deligating tasks, ensuring responsibilities are followed through with, and assisting with crew member tasks once my current duties are complete. Deal with customers throughout the day, either helping them pick out wash options, dealing with complaints about received services, helping customers navigate the Autobell mobile app and setting up unlimited plans, to finishing customer's washes. Sell customers washes, with commission being made on washes that contain extras that aren't included in the basic wash, have currently made Autobell $493397.34 in my time working there.
