CurrentI lead a team that is responsible for servicing 20 stations with 58 natural gas compressors across an area of about 2700 square miles which contribute to a system that moves over 1 billion cubic feet of gas per day. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Writing, Troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC logic- Designing and building HMI programs- Building Control Panels for existing and new devices to integrate them into our industrial internet of things- Documenting existing, and new changes to station systems including communications and electrical wiring- Installing, Maintaining, Troubleshooting, Calibrating, and Upgrading Gas detection and analyzer systems including tunable diode lasers, lead acetate tap, infrared, catalytic bead, and electrochemical.- Maintaining and Troubleshooting IIOT systems and SCADA systems for each location- Ordering, Organizing, and Maintaining critical spares inventory- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating various process instruments such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, flame detection, valve controllers and actuators.- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment such as low and medium voltage buckets, switchgear, and variable frequency drives ranging from 1/2 HP 480VAC up to and including 2500 HP 4160VAC.- Testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining emergency shutdown systems
