CEO Wiltshire ACF is a senior full-time employee of the Wessex Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (WRFCA). In matters of organisation, administration, security, health & safety at work and finance. The CEO is the professional advisor to the voluntary appointment holder of Cadet Commandant (ACF) for Wiltshire, working to support him/her in delivering the Cadet experience at County level. The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day administration of, and logistic and infrastructure support to, the County ACF. Wiltshire ACF currently has around 130 volunteers and 650 cadets on the establishment at any one time. The CEO is supported by a Cadet Quartermaster (CQM), a number of Cadet Administrative Assistants (CAAs) and a Stores Assistant, plus administrative staff. The headquarters is based in Devizes and has 24 unmanned but volunteer supported sites across Wiltshire.

Delivered training opportunities, organised seminars, coordinated the training and exercising of all Divisional Staff in their war-fighting role.

Led a small team delivering financial Assurance and Governance, responsible for the career management of ~110 staff through a regular visit programme to organisations pan-UK, mentoring departments and all HR.

Delivered numerous restructuring and redundancy programmes, mitigating the impact on all staff (~1900) across 11 college sites nationwide while continuing to deliver Logistic and Personnel Administration training to 24000 personnel across Defence. Primary lead for engagement with local community for the betterment of military families and wider Defence.
