Lead on the development, maintenance and application of a strategic talent identification process incorporating modern and traditional methods.• Process, collate and incorporate big data into the talent identification process.• Convert qualitative information gathered from traditional scouting methods into quantifiable data.• Maintain and develop the recruitment database to guide operating processes of the department and contribute to the mobile application.• Interpret and manipulate data in accordance with the philosophy and requirements of Millwall FC to highlight and monitor talent of interest.• Advanced data analytics to support key decision making across all aspects of the department. • Present attractive and actionable data visualisations and reports giving insight to various personnel with a range of understanding.• Drive and deliver data-driven research projects.• Discover and create new avenues to support and positively impact talent identification and monitoring.

• Statistical profiling of players, measured against the MFC squad according to agreed positional KPI’s and club philosophy.• Continually update, manage and analyse statistical player profiling database.• Manage production of player dossiers and presentations on potential targets for 1st team Manager, coaching staff and MFC board, ensuring appropriate level of due diligence is undertaken and provided at all times.• Creation and production of video clips and or full games on potential recruitment targets.• Collate, database and interpret all information provided by the scouting team on potential targets and opposition reports.• Continually monitor and update ‘MFC Scout’ recommended lists and profile against the MFC philosophy and positional KPI’s.

• To fulfil all analysis needs of the U18’s squad pre-match, match-day, post-match, longitudinal and educational.• Successfully develop and maintain a team and individual clip library in order to contribute to the player’s 6-weekly learning objective reviews.• To recruit, induct and manage a team of volunteers in order to manage a high standard of performance analysis service to the remaining academy age groups. • To develop and maintain all of the Academy Performance Analysis sections of the Premier League Management Application.
