At Underhill Investment Consultancy our motto is 'through knowledge comes strength' and with over 45 years in the London residential property market, our MD Nick Underhill BA (Hons) has an in depth and eclectic knowledge of property and specialises in development consultancy, land acquisition, international sales and the PRS. Ollie Underhill has also joined the business, having graduated from the Hamptons International academy. Ollie worked in lettings in the Countrywide top office in Islington before joining the residential development department in head office. He has also gained on site PRS lettings experience with Hamptons and Essential Living. He is also currently working in property finance with his brother Matthew.One of the most popular areas of expertise we offer is advertising creative, copy writing, marketing, furnishing and interior design and advising upon original art acquisition. Nick Underhill has a degree in Art History and is professionally trained in advertising, creative writing and copy writing and has advised many of the largest property companies over the years.

I was responsible for delivering essential Living's rental record breaking project Vantage Point in Archway and had considerable input into the acquisition, research, agency appointments, interior design, layout, valuation, marketing, advertising creative and copy writing. Working with Andrew Clark of David Phillips, I was entirely responsible for the show apartments and furniture choices throughout. Working with Arthaus London I curated the entirely original art collection throughout the building. This invaluable experience has enabled me to become one of the leading authorities in the PRS sector.
