Current-Streamline processes in sales cycle, including intake process, underwriting stage and post approval to closing stages.-Coordinate with processors and LO's/Brokers on pipeline to push deals in a timely and efficient manner. -Identify potential problems on transactions during intake stage and help LO's/Brokers structure transactions in a way that will make approval/ closing process more efficient.- Review pricing and compensation on files and confirm rate locks on all Closings before signing.- Run monthly trainings with LO's and remote Brokers to foster team building while also providing valuable learning experiences in the field of NON-QM mortgage lending. Training includes best sales practices, Product and Program knowledge, the art of structuring a transaction, how to price your deal to win, clearing conditions with underwriter, requesting UW exceptions and maintaining long term relationships with clients/Brokers.
