Working in coordination with international tax advisors to create & implement complex trust & corporate structures in order to provide innovative solutions for our valued clients residing in Latin America, the US, Europe & Asia.Reviewing & reorganising existing trust & corporate structures to ensure that asset protection, tax optimisation and/or succession planning objectives are maintained and remain relevant to the client’s current personal situation as well as their taxation and wealth planning goals.Reviewing and drafting legal documents including trust deeds, loan agreements, promissory notes, service contracts, memorandums of wish and deeds of amendment.Collaborating with the CIO in creating, implementing & overseeing the annual investment review for all trust & corporate structures to ensure that ongoing investment risk & return outcomes remain in line with the risk profile and investment objectives of the client and/or beneficiaries.Working in conjunction with the CCO to oversee & manage the Group’s regulatory & compliance obligations including CRS, FATCA and AML.Acting as Trustee, Director, Manager and Authorised Signatory within client structures and Kaleso Group entities.
