It’s a continuous process, constantly improving, and adapting. Developing environments of trust, openness, and collaboration is nothing short of a passion of mine. It’s because of this passion, software development has found its way into my life. I have worked with individuals far and wide, from China to India, Europe, and North America. Leveraging tools such as JIRA, and more recently Azure DevOps, I have collaborated, monitored, and managed delivery from start to finish. Taking advantage of previous experience in the IT Realm (Help Desk, Support, Networking), I understand the big picture, and how managing these external forces can determine the success of a project.Much of my free time is spent trying to give back. I have worked with local non-for-profits to increase community involvement, by helping develop relationships, raise funds, manage projects, and even built a house!Graduated from the Morris School of Graduate Studies with a MBA, focused in Business Administration, minoring in Managerial Studies.
