• Establish and maintain necessary processes and procedures for preventive and responsive security measures of the ANS Group’s facilities;• Scan the environment for relevant information on security issues, consolidate and disseminate information to raise security awareness amongst staff;• Conduct relevant training for security matters for ANS Group;• Plan for, coordinate and participate in appropriate assurance activities;• Establish and maintain open communication channels with regulators, relevant security agencies and industry players on security matters;• Plan, review and communicate emergency responses to security threats to ANS facilities;• Manage relevant security documentation and oversee the updating of ANS Group’s Security Programme; and• Develop and maintain a security plan and security threat log for Changi East developments under the purview of ANS Group and plan appropriate mitigation measures.

• Assist in formulating and reviewing strategies and policies within the SPF Audit System;• Plan and conduct audits and inspections on SPF’s high risk areas;• Present audit and inspection findings and recommend corrective actions;• Prepare audit reports on inspection/re-inspection conducted and circulate the consolidated audit reports;• Assist in reviewing the strategies and structure of Staff/Internal Inspection and Audit System;• Coordinate with Staff and Specialist Department on the planning and execution of annual Staff/Internal Audits.

• Responsible for leading a team in identification, assessment and treatment of key strategic and operational risks at the corporate ministerial level;• Identification and review of Key Risk Indicators to provide early warning of risks occurring;• Monitoring of operating environment and identification of potential threats that may have an impact on the organization;• Oversee implementation of risk management framework in all departments within the ministry;• Promotion of the concept of risk management within the ministry

• Provide timely, valuable, and actionable intelligence/information products (both routine and ad hoc) for Asia-Pacific Rim;• Proactively maintain all local Bank security contacts within Asia-Pacific Rim and leverage speed and relationship to verify information and events occurring to result in near real-time, accurate reporting;• Liaison with Business Continuity Management for effective reporting on bank impact during security and safety incidents;• Engage all current and available open, closed, and personal sources for continuous monitoring and situational awareness of Asia-Pacific Rim;• Development and cultivation of new internal and external sources of information and intelligence for effective monitoring.
