I am a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology, Magna Cum Laude. Previously, I have worked as a co-op at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Mouro Pinto Lab as well as a co-op at BioNTech US. At MGH, I was tasked with doing lab work such as DNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. I worked alongside other members of the lab to study repeat expansion disorders, with focus on Huntington's Disease. At BioNTech US, I was a co-op on the Molecular Immunology team, working primarily on RNA development. During this role, I was able to become familiar with DNA plasmid cloning, as well as In Vitro Transcription of mRNA. Beyond that, I became comfortable working with both cell lines and primary T cell culture. Prior to my co-ops and school opportunities, I have worked as a guest advocate at Target, and I have worked from a Junior Counselor to a Director at my previous summer job at a summer camp.
