I believe that being continually challenged is the only way to develop skills and better yourself. I regularly push myself out of my comfort zone in order to pursue unique opportunities and present myself better every year. I am currently in a role that requires me to be both hands on, and delegate tasks to 2-3 employees daily. I studied Mechanical Engineering at UMBC, and more recently I have studied and worked in Nanofabrication. I am well experienced in Photolithography, dry etching, wet chemical processing, and Metal and Dielectric deposition.
