I am presently undertaking a secondment as PA to the Director and Deputy Director for People & OD to develop new skills and learn further about the Personal Assistant role.

Having previously supported the administration of CPD funding within my role at the time prior to this, I was allocated time to solely work as CPD Administrator for one day a week for a year. The main aspect of the role was supporting staff who requested funding towards CPD training: recording their applications; seeking approval at panel; communicating with staff members about how to proceed once approved; liaising with training providers to get staff booked on to the required dates; processing invoices for payment; recording expenditure from the CPD funding; reporting on CPD funding targets within the year.

Acting in the role of Personal Assistant for the Head of Education, Learning & Development (interim).

Acting in the role of Personal Assistant for the Head of Professional Education and Apprenticeships & Careers Teams.

Supervisor for Trust Hospital Mortuaries.

Day to day work within the Trust Hospital Mortuaries.

Portering involved various aspects not limited to the transfer of patients and equipment throughout the Hospital.

Collection of blood samples from patients required to diagnostic tests.
