-Develop and author high performance liquid chromatography methods for monitoring attributes of protein-based therapeutics - specializing in chromatography methods for charge heterogeneity, identity, and residual process impurities-Serve as Tecvayli project lead for separations-based methods - including authoring of analytical sections for health authority filings and support of responses to health authority questions, management of transfers and support between testing and development laboratories, and authoring protocols and method validations -Support the validation and transfer of separations methods to global partner testing labs in support of early and late phase programs-Platform lead for working group in ion-exchange chromatography based methods - including method strategy, establishment of method acceptance criteria and reporting structure, support for method robustness and troubleshooting, and ensuring continued performance across global sites-Support, author, and strategize for responses to health authority inquiries in clinical and commercial applications for HPLC-based charge, identity, and residual process impurity methods
