I have been involved in gaining planning permission for a number of masterplans ranging from 1000 units within a flood risk zone and conservation area, to smaller master plans that have incorporated houses designed to a bespoke and highly sustainable finish in accordance with london plan, Mayors Standards and Lifetime Homes.From masterplans in rural areas to the successful planning approval of two 25 storey towers in Croydon, to the construction of four, 4 storey town houses in the Greenwich Ashburton Conservation Area, i have been involved with schemes at a variety of scales and stages. During my time at Assael i was project architect for the planning and tender of a 180+ unit scheme on Chiswick Highroad for Lendlease, a complex development consisting of new build flats, houses and the transformation of an existing office block into residential units.I am also extremely proficient in producing feasibility, capacity studies for clients when enquiring about optimising the potential of a site and understanding the local planning constraints.
