On a personal note this year marks my 13th year based in China of which i would not trade for the world. Being located in the heart of Global growth and development for the last decade has given me insights into global trade , business and politics that i would never have seen elsewhere. My favourite word is "Why" and believe that the answer to many problems is not just a better version of what we have but a change in how we think about the issue. I take this approach into my current role where we are shaking up a long time establish market in the construction industry .
