As a Food, Beverage, and Hospitality professional with more than nineteen years in the field, he rejoined Levy Restaurants as the Vice President of Hospitality and Strategy for Levi’s Stadium after 3 years with Live Nation Entertainment starting 2016. Where he was responsible for the Southeast Region which consists of 12 Amphitheaters from Miami to Philly ($45+ mil). Before that he was with Levy Restaurants at Dodger Stadium in August of 2013 and transferred to Orlando, FL to support the Amway Center, Orlando Citrus Bowl and Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre in October of 2015. In his role as Assistant Director of Operations, he helps oversee and support the Sports and Entertainment business of Central Florida for Levy Restaurants. This includes effectively managing his time between three buildings, 35+ managers, 500 team members, 16 non-for-profit groups (100-150 volunteers) in addition to four sports teams (basketball, soccer, hockey, and football) as well as the City of Orlando. Prior to support the Amway Center, Orlando Citrus Bowl and Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre, Nick spent most of his time working closely with the Director of Operations at the Dodger Stadium providing a clear vision to the 35+ managers and over 1,400 hourly union team members. Nick passionately worked to maintain standards at Dodger Stadium while upholding Levy’s Core Signatures. After graduating from WVU, Nick spent 10 years with Aramark’s Sports and Entertainment Division, starting as a Concessions Manager, then decided to take on the Banquet Manager position at the Phoenix Convention Center. After less than two years, he wanted to learn about the union work environment, so he took on a position at the Las Vegas Convention Center, until he was promoted to General Manager of the Cashman Field Complex in Las Vegas. He remained there for his last five years with Aramark. In addition, I have done a lot of traveling to support other accounts.
