- Develop business management strategies and oversee their implementation in a young high growth business (100% year-on-year revenue growth)- Identify opportunities for increased profitability in relation to business activities- Oversee the training and development of Project Managers and Contracts Administrators- Bidding and negotiation of construction contracts to the value of $60 million- Mitigate risk in relation to construction contracts as both a client and a subcontractor- Manage relationships and the negotiation of contractual terms with clients and key suppliers

- Concurrent management of multiple construction contracts and project delivery- Negotiate commercial agreements at contract tender, interim and final stages of project delivery- Negotiate terms for materials and plant supply- Oversee the day to day activities of Project Managers and Contract Administrators- Oversee the bidding and tender for construction works

- Prepare tender packages as both a client and a subcontractor- Produce progress payment claims for construction work and negotiation of payment amounts- Evaluate the cost of variation works to original contract- Liaise with the head contractor and design teams for building detail solutions- Coordinate the procurement of construction materials

- Assist in the sale and lease of properties in Sydney’s South-Eastern Suburbs- Market properties for internet and print advertisement- Advise prospective clients on leasing procedures and properties available for sale and lease- Liaise with tenants, landlords, strata companies and trades people in regards to ongoing property maintenance- Coordinate trades for urgent repairs on property
