• Act as a business partner and co-work with Channel Acceleration Manager and BU teams to refine channel/portfolio strategies based on understanding of customer/consumer trend•Support value chain management by implementing/optimizing pricing and investment guideline• Support strategic initiatives via data analysis, modelling of proposed operational programs and business cases to assess risk & opportunity, and develop recommended actions• Build commercial excellence through behavioural KPI set up and tracking, sales team training• Implementation of project Jaguar, i.e. outlet segmentation, portfolio mapping, investment guideline, SFA tool set up• Support and track status of other commercial projects, i.e. project JW Black fightback, ABS acceleration

Directly managing sales team in Shanghai. Select, train, and develop personnel commercial competency level to optimize effectiveness. Recruit and management of wholesaler to maximize the volume of Shanghai to reach or exceed the target. Keep the outlet in a proper scale and make sure the qualified visuality of all the outlets. Meanwhile taking care of the CEP(top outlets) business to maintain a healthy increase rate.
