I’ve built and led top teams to deliver first-to-market, best-in-class product lines and technical solutions on time across US, Asia, Mexico, Europe, Germany, Italy and the UK. Highly relevant today – I bring the experience of leading teams in various workforce models, including “the future of work/remote,” having sustained double-digit growth while overcoming global supply chain/resourcing constraints during and post-COVID. Repeatedly I’ve been selected to- and have turned around underperforming organizations, delivering stagnant or near impossible to develop products, or redesigning products into market/industry leaders – took a stagnant company to profitability via its first new product line in 12 years.Throughout my career, I have led teams in delivering significant impact across every role by employing specialized, comprehensive product strategies. At Gerber, I led the technology and product strategy that contributed to the company’s latest product line. And I led Emerson’s engineering to transform several traditional product lines to AI and IoTT systems, delivering more than half of the company’s revenue. Critical today is the ability to envision and deliver a product/portfolio strategy in relation to various geographical markets, manufacturing capabilities, commercialization and more. I established and led a new Heat-Timer Corp. subsidiary for the China market, shifting the company to a global focus. For Emerson, I devised a global product market strategy targeting global/Asian/LatAm development and commercialization, and led task forces to build out 2 medical equipment JVs in China – both profitable in two years. As a Board Director and VC Advisor, I’ve advised on several business acquisitions in the US, Italy, UK and China, including $1.5B+ Elekta Oncology AB.
