Hello, I am a 22 year old striving to get my Exercise Science degree this summer of 2025 at Oakland University. I have already gotten my CPR at ISSA and want to work on personal training on clients that are interested on achieving their health, strength, and aesthetic goals that they have been wanting to accomplish. My goal is to make my clients happy with themselves, and to give them the mental strength to keep pushing themselves so that they will be healthier and happier with how they look and feel. It does takes determination and the will to keep going, which is why people give up usually early on, but I make my clients keep going and see their results. I personally was 198 senior year of Highschool (overweight and eating junk food); that is when it started focusing on my health, strength, and endurance to get to 190 by the end of the school year with more BMI (body mass index). I lost fat while also turning fat into muscle. the summer going to college I got to my goal of 175 of 11% body fat, and I was so proud of myself all it took was not giving up. I have also helped my friends along the way because yes it is you against you in focusing weight management but having friends also helps which is why I also do group training if needed. I want to have fun while also striving for clients goals. I also have helped people that have gone through injuries and surgeries.
