To set up the physical delivery team for the company. To manage the physical delivery for 3 barges. To manage and train new operation personals. To manage day to day operation (delivery)  To schedule loading for the barges. To let trader know when to sell and how much to sell.To answer to traders inquire (if any) regards to operation. To reply to customer complains To solve any problems that might arise during bunker operations. To monitor all cargo inventory. To monitor BOU for our own barges To compile and submit month end closing on the our barges .

- To monitor all delivery stemmed by company 11 traders. - To answer to customers inquire (if any) regards to operation. - To reply to customer complains- To solve any problems that might arise during bunker operations from the suppliers- To liaise with counter parties around the world for smooth delivery - To cover trader on their trading inquires- To do some bunker trading- To source for new supplier in other port and applying for credit.- To compile and submit month end closing on the bunker delivered.

- To establish a checking team in both Singapore and UAE - To delegate personnel to justify on board bunker barge figures before and after bunkering.- To source, recruit and train cargo officers for customers from time to time.- To solve any problems from cargo officers that might arise during bunker operations.- To deploy overseas personnel for any ad-hoc request from overseas counterparts.- To monitor and schedule staff on their daily jobs locally and overseas.- To compile and submit month end closing on the bunkering delivered.

- Daily Update of vessel status through appointed agencies and online portal- Daily update of terminal berth status and cargo availability- Cargo planning- Updating of stock movement, inventory inward/outward cargo and spot purchase contract- Sending ETA notices to notify involved parties of barge status for x-harbours- To plan and coordinate bunker barges for bunkers jobs- To provide solution when there is a discrepancy during cargo operation- To provide explanation for problem bunker operation- Conducting monthly check on barges.- To provide training for newly recruit cargo officer.
