I am a Clinical Psychologist on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. I approach my clinical work utilising a variety of therapeutic modalities, frameworks, and techniques including EMDR therapy, attachment theory, ACT, CBT, clinical hypnosis, Ego State Therapy, and The Theory of Structural Dissociation of the Personality. I am also the co-director of Sunshine Coast Allied Health Rooms, providing room rentals to allied health clinicians in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. I currently work at the Sunshine Coast Health and Hospital Service in a senior position, and as the director of my own private practice. I am a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor for Provisional Psychologists and for the clinical psychology registrar program. I have an interest in the process of supervision and the impact it has on the development of psychological skills including insight into countertransference. I am a member of the APS. I have a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of complex trauma-related and dissociative disorders.I am also completing a PhD part-time at CQU regarding the development, validation, and application of a maladaptive defensive states questionnaire.
