Developed grading rubric (similar to above).- Introduced React functional components and hooks when they were introduced, and made them the new standard.- Developed numerous large features, including: Wizard to guide employees through rollovers; generic Wizard component for use in future wizards; resolved messy duplicate-person architecture/schema debt issue; supported employees having multiple employment terms (required overhauling much of our core business logic)- Started and led documentation working group; wrote and implemented our improved documentation strategy. Used Domain-Driven Design principles to keep code, engineers, and business users aligned.
