I served as the lead planner for three high visibility projects where 250 consultants observed, coached, and trained 3,000 employees during 100 days of training throughout the western United States. I communicated our organizational mission and vision to five major customers during 15 business travel engagements throughout the country. In total, I directly and indirectly influenced 147,000 hours of consultation services.I personally conducted over 120 days of business travel to identify customer needs, analyze requirements, allocate resources, and create project charters for five total stakeholder agencies.

I directed a Military Police organization comprised of 18 direct report managers with an average of 12 indirect reports, totaling 240 employees. It was my unit's responsibility to train new Army recruits into Soldiers of upstanding character, then into Military Police Officers. I was responsible for the implementation of programs delivered to 650 customers who received technical training in support of strategic objectives at a cost of $45.5 Million (~$70,000 per customer).In my tenure, I managed accountability and serviceability for $13 Million in company assets, most of which was fielded to geographically dispersed locations on at least twelve occasions within a two year timeframe.Received acclamation from the Director and Coordinator after successfully translating emerging guidance into successful operations within a two week window, maximizing junior leader development.

I provided human resources oversight and managed daily operations for 82 employees including police, human resources, and logistics specialists, who provided Fort Bliss, TX with specialized police capabilities.I played a role in liaising between traffic accident investigators, physical security inspectors, dispatch officers, military police investigators, military working dog handlers, and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) sections, increasing the organization’s short range planning horizon from two weeks to six weeks.I further established an internal standard operating procedures guide and provided the Deputy Director with advice on the safe and lawful employment of an 18 police officer Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)section.I managed five direct reports who planned, resourced, and executed 500 hours of high-risk training with no loss of life, limb, or eyesight.I synchronized my department's leaders with seven external subject matter experts, specialized police assets, and emerging technology to develop safe and superior employee training strategies.I personally authored 24 classified reports communicating agency analysis to division heads. Through diligent research and extensive consultation I became an informal expert on the associated reporting procedures.
